Torque for 94 Civic inner and outer tie rods?

Default Torque for 94 Civic inner and outer tie rods?

I lost my manual, its thanksgiving, I have to travel, and I cannot remember the torque for both the outer and inner tie rods! Help soon would be greatly appreciated! :D

Hope I can save someone from ruining a part like me.

I think the part should have been able to handle 3 extra pounds but may not.
