Default Timing Prob

I have a 92 honda Civic VX hatch with D15B. I set everything up by the book. The Crank was on the Compr. Stroke. and the Cam was set at zero and the rotor button was on #1 spark plug. I have fire i have gas and it wont run nothing no sputter no backfire. I put new distr. cap rottor button wires spark plugs and Timing belt. The timing belt went out in it. No valves are bent.

Thanks........

Might sound stupid but are the plug wires in the correct order?

Check your fuses as well. Especially the PCM fuse. For some damn reason, somtimes when you lose the timing belt that fuse likes to blow.

That is very strange. Has the distributor been removed at all?
