Throttle Body bad?

How can you tell if a Throttle body is going bad? My new TPS would calibrate at all, so I'm thinking there not working together. I have a Edelbrock Victor X manifold / TB ,,,But my butterfly valve works and doesn't stick or choke at all when im driving it, just the normal issues when a TPS is not calibrated.
