i'd go b20 longblock then b16 trans, and its other misc, go b20vtec my bro ran 12s stock in a crx....IMO.. never really messed with a b18c before anyways

I would prefer the b20 over a gsr cause with a type r head and a b16 tranny it with give hell to the gsr and also keep in mind the b20b has less horsepower than the b20z

Not entirely true, the jdm b20b with the *rare* p8r head puts out just as much power as the b20z.

ill rock either one of the b20b or z, i just happen to not find a z so i went with a b, its ok a b16 head with that and a b16 tranny...pull like a monster!! put gsr out all day... my brother got his setup for about around 1000 , i remember buying the block head and tranny..from other people for cheap..the b20b block we got it from SVP for i think 300. the 99 head for 350 and j1 tranny for 250 then the lil misc like head studs and gasket etc
with the extra money hey maybe turbo sounds good, on low boost so you wont blow the cylinder walls, too thin, or if u get it build...hmmm
