If its an automatic, make sure its in park before you try to remove the key.

you probably need to replace your ignition cylinder. Happened to me, had to get it towed because wouldnt come out, wouldnt even start the car. Took it to the honda dealership and had to have a new one made to match the door locks.

its an automatic, and we put the other key in the shift lock, tried it in drive, reverse, neutral and park, the car started in neutral, but the key remains stuck.

is the key bent? it only take alittle bend to make the key stuck. that happened to my uncles nissan altima.

i just kept on pulling and wiggling, it finally came out after 15 minutes .

I got my key stuck in the drivers door once(93 Del Sol). It got stuck after unlocking the door, but stopped about 1/8 turn from being able to get it out.

I thought I was going to have to break it off, cause it couldnt move, and I couldnt leave the car sitting in that area, while I ran home and back (about an hour round trip) with another key!

Anyway, when I went to try and break it off in the lock, it finnaly turned and I was able to get it out of the door. Then I nerviously used it to start the car. Had no problems with it sence tho.

BTW, I changed to another key, and put graphite on all the locks sence then!
