Default Slave cylinder leak? 92 Civic eg hatch

My car stopped going into gear cause lack of fluid in clutch resivour so I filling and pumped the clutch and it was good enough to get home. I bled the line the next day but after a drive around town the clutch is soft and has no tension. When I pull back the rubber boot on the slave cylinder it squirts out fluid. But when I put dot 3 in the clutch resivour it's black, what would be the next step?

Replace SC and then flush hydraulic system until fluid runs clear.
