Resetting your SRS light

My srs light only comes on when i start my car, then it beeps a little bit then goes out, is that what its supposed to do?

Anybody know how to completely turn it off? I have a momo wheel and this light has been staring me in the face for 6 mos. It'll just come back on if I try to reset it. TIA

My understanding is that this will work for all Civics and Integras.
As for disabling just the SRS light from looking at the wiring diagrams, I believe that if you pull the yellow wire from the 6-pin yellow connector on the back of the gauge cluster the SRS light will never come on.
