Default rear motor mount problem

my drivetrain has a lot of shaking/hopping etc when first releasing the clutch from a rolling start. i have replaced all the mounts except for the rear. i was able to loosen the 4 bolts for the bracket, but how do you guys reach the three on the mount itself. i can't seem to get a ratchet in there. thanks

btw 92 civic hatch mt
