Default Rattling noise when engine is cold and in gear (auto).

Whenever I first turn on the car and put the car into D4 I would hear a loud rattling noise. When I accelerate, the noise starts to go away but as when I am idle it starts again. The noise goes away pretty quickly after the engine warms up but it always does this when it's cold. When the car is in Park or Neutral it doesn't make that noise, just in drive and last time when I tried hearing where it came from it sounded like it was coming near the belts and the ac fan area. Thx for the help guys.
