Re: question about clutch (ja20_eg)
did you do it by yourself or did you have someone step on the clutch, then after being stepped on for a couple times, did they or you hold it down there?

Right, on the 5th pump hold it down, while its held down have your friend quickly close the bleeder screw, then u can let your foot off.

i would say its just how the clutch kit was made, some are hard and some are soft, that would be my explanation.

Re: question about clutch (ja20_eg)
aslong as your clutch engages all is good, make sure you fluid levels are up, years ago when i didnt know anything about honda, i didnt have a brake fluid in the clutch resovior, and my clutch didnt want to grab as much, it made a supercharger noise, and annoyed the hell out of me..didnt know what it was untill my friends bro in law just bled the clutch and all was good..for a day people thought i really did have a supercharger, and wanted to race, but i knew i would lose, cuz i couldnt go faster than 30 without hearing the noise. I had something that sounded like a supercharger, but definitely didnt make my car go faster..lols best of luck to you tho.
