There should be directions in the box.
But, a good rule of thumb is like, 300-350 miles street/hwy.

just take it easy for a couple gas tanks, you should be fine. You can punch it as long as your clutch is engaged. Just don't do any launches/ high rpm shifts

do you think the act clutch and flywheel will make a noticable difference over the stock gsr clutch?

Generally 500 miles is good. Thats city driving not highway miles.
Keep your shifts under 3500/4000 rpm. You can rev it higher once youre in gear but not between shifts.

highway driving doesn't do anything for ya because you're not engaging/disengaging the clutch, which is what breaks it in.

Just like everyone else has said...about 500miles...and something to add, don't stand on it in traffic, just keep it in neutral.

Re: proper way to break in a new clutch (IM ALL BOB)
yea if you got the lighter flywheel then yea you will rev faster and depending on what stage clutch you got then you will feel a harder grab on the clutch
