ok here the situation....

I got a 97 EK with JDM B18Cr. I never hooked up the power steering again becauae I didn't hav ethe proper braket to do so. I never really cared, teh EK is light and never needs poewr steering anyways.

but....

I opened my engien bay today and notice the lack of a cap on teh PS resevoir.... Somebody once told me tha tI can't remove all the PS hoses/resvoir because teh PS rack I have needs fulid in it or else it will Cease.

so I ordered a new cap, but shoudl I bother with filling the fluid up again?
