Start by checking behind the radio for bad wiring or something abnormal. I would also remove all the door lock switch to see if it is possibly getting stuck or the wiring is bad. Do you have an alarm system?

no i dont, i jsut purschased the car, so im still figiuring out all the wiring, the keylesss im assuming is still working, but im not sure of what wires are what for the keyless part of the harness...it took me alil bit to figure out the wires for the radio to get that wroking, now i hvae wires that are capped off right now, which im assuming are for the security part of the harness

Yes those are most likely for security. Working with wiring is somewhat like a guessing game. Start at the power lock switch and follow the wiring from there.
