30 minutes to pull off the head?? are you serious..takes at least an hour...would be so bad if it weren't for those 2 bolts on the underside of the IM. and to the one guy who said something about no problems with head bolts...they do sometimes stretch...i am going to invest in ARP head bolts....I head they are pretty strong...anyone know where to find some?

Turned out to be the Distributor O-Ring for me. I even did a write-up on it:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1065831
Might help (being the distributor o-ring, not replacing it, although it should be the same).

thats the thing leakin.. i replaced the vtec seloniod gasket and it kept leaking.. replaced the cam seal w/ an str aftermarket one and it leaks no more.. </TD></TR></TABLE>
This what i had leaking, get an str one. I to have one because i was leaking in the same spot and haven't had any leaks from that area in a long time. I believe it is very common with these b-series motors.

I have had that problem with my b16 at first i thought it was my head gasket so i got really scared cause i know that a major project to fix then i paid really close attention and saw that it was my exhaust cam plug that was leaking the oil .. u should check that really good rinse off your engine then start driving around or even gun your car around to get that oil pumpiN.. then see where its coming from.also check your distributor to see if it also has a leak . but hopefully its not your head gasket ...

Re: (1.8t)
my recomendation.... Check if there is oil under distributor... if so.. it is the O-Ring on the dizzy.. also check the cam shaft seal.... if leaking go get a STR or even Golden eagle seal.. i just put a KMS seal on my bro's car
