OEM Sunroof Visor Installation Instructions
This is for the 6th gen, but the 5th gen one should be the same. I have both and have found the seal on the 5th gen one to be thicker and less prone to tearing (which my 6th gen one did upon first install).
I now have the 5th gen one on my 6th gen and it's virtually the same besides the thicker, stubbier seal around the 5th gen one and the 5th gen one has "HONDA" printed on the center while the 6th gen one has only the Honda "H" printed on the center. The 5th gen one I believe is now discontinued.
These are the instructions that came with my 6th gen visor.

INSTALLATION
Before you begin:
Wash and wax the roof around the front and sides of the sunroof opening before installing the visor.
1. Open the sunroof.
2. Insert a phillips-head screws through each of the holes on the top of the visor, then loosely install the clips and self-locking nuts.
3. Set the sunroof visor on the car's roof, forward of the sunroof opening, and adjust its position so it is equally spaced on all sides.
4. Attach a short strip of masking tape to both sides of the car's roof above the point where the clips will attach to the sunroof opening. Remove the visor.
5. Remove the adhesive backing from one of the piece of protective tape, then attach the tape to the lip and underside of the sunroof opening, in line with the masking tape. Repeat for the other side. Remove the masking tape.
6. Reposition the sunroof visor over the sunroof opening. Check once again for equal spacing. While holding the sunroof visor in place, hooks its clips under the lip of the sunroof opening at the taped locations.
7. Check that the rubber seal is not twisted or rolled under the visor.
8. Tighten the nuts and screws, alternating between sides. Do not overtighten the screws.
CARE OF YOUR SUNROOF VISOR
NOTICE
Never use ammonia-based cleaners or solvents to clean your sunroof visor.
1. Clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or chamois.
2. To remove fine scratches and restore the original luster, use a high quality plastic care cleaner.
