Tell me honestly Will a B16 out of a Integra XSi work in a 99-00 civic ex?
what all would i need in order for this swap to work at its best?

depends how much you are getting the swap for by the time you get all the stuff you need to make it work in your car you'd probably be better off getting an obd2 b16a swap.
