Yes, but you may need to swap out some connectors here and there. you'll also need to find an ECU, P06 will run a ZC but the fuel cutoff is way to early. You can chip a P06 with P29 maps though.

Right off the top of my head i don't know, there may actually be nothing, the distributor is usually the big thing. On the distributor note you can kinda get away with running a D15B7 distributor btw, you need the cam cap of a b18A1, other non vtec B18s will probably work as well, using this cam cap allows you to put the distributor on with one bolt. A friend of mine had an OBD1 ZC that came with a bad distributor in a '95 hatch and did this until he could get a distributor, i just thought i'd mention it as i don't think its documented anywhere, we just happened to figure it out on our own.
Edit, if your using a real P29 you'll have to swap in a single wire O2 sensor.
