o2 sensor code 1 and code 61?
whats the difference between ...........
code 1.... oxygen sensor #1
and
code 61... primary oxygen sensor

i was throwing...
code 62... secondary 02 sensor.
code 45... too lean/rich
and so i replaced the secondary o2 sensor.
now im throwing a code 1... oxygen sensor #1
what the heck?
help anyone?

1 = bad sensor or unplugged sensor (no signal)
61 = high voltage, low voltage or slow response
more than likely your primary was borderline, after you replaced the secondary the ECU sees a good signal and figures out that your primary is bad.
OR
when you were wiggling and bumping the exhaust it put the last nail in the coffin for the primary.
OR
while wiggling and bumping the exhaust you managed to unplug or damage the wire for the primary O2.
