Default Nsx Calipers

Alright so im pretty sure i know everything i need to know for this nsx caliper swap onto my 98 civic dx:
to 91-96 NSX (2pot)

Take the EX/Si knuckle (with bearing and hub) and bolt on the knuckles. Get the caliper mounting bracket, 23T, grinded 3.2mm off of the surface where it mounts to the knuckle. Get 1996 Prelude VTEC rotors re-drilled to fit the 4x100 hub. Take the 91-96 NSX caliper bodies, 23T GRINDED caliper mounting brackets, Prelude VTEC rotors, and ITR pads and swap them onto the Civic DX.

So my parts list so far is:
-nsx calipers
-itr caliper bracket
-re-drilled 96 prelude vtec rotors
-itr pads

I just have a few more questions:
1.will steel braided lines that were for a itr caliper work with nsx caliper?
2.when i bought my car it came with 94-01 integra brakes, so i dont know if ive got integra or ex knuckles in there, are they the same?
3.i read on this forum that fitting 15 inch rims over this setup all came down to your offset and spoke design, well i have 15inch rota slipstreams with a 40 offset and 6inche width, anybody by chance running these rims with nsx calipers?
4.also when redrilling rotors do you no longer need the whole where you put the small placement screw?

Thanks alot H-T

1. Yes.
2. The knuckles are the same if you have the 10.25" brakes.
3. NSX calipers are the same size, physically, as ITR calipers (only brackets differed b/w 91-96 and 97-05). You should be able to run your slips.
4. You don't need the rotor screw as it's only there for the assembling process
