No heat in my EJ1?

No heat in my EJ1?
I have a 1993 Civic ej1 and I'm getting no heat in it. I swear me and my mechanic friend have done everything possible. HERES WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR:
1.) Change blower transistor still no heat
2.) I purchased the car with car harness burnt in certain sections so we first we thought okay new harness should fix issue. Bought a harness from same year make but model was a lx. With thought that everything is plug and play. So replace original harness with new harness car starts with new fuse and new relays and the heat works for a while and has soon has the brakes were tapped fuse pops heats gone. So then spoke to a car electrician who said it doesn't matter if the harness is from the same make and model it will not work if codes on harness don't match up.
3.) Next we decided to take original harness and replace every burned wire with new wires checked and double check to make sure we covered and replaced each burned wire. Car starts up with new fuse and new relay car starts and heats on a blowing for 20 to 25 mins. Finally I have hope and thinking issue is fixed. Tapped brakes heats still going has soon has car is put into gear and start to drive fuse pops.
So I come the honda world to see what else can be done PLEASE help PM back with suggestions its winter time and it is not fun driving with no heat. Great car all around no issue but the bloody heat.

Re: No heat in my EJ1?
I'm not sure what you mean if itS a cabin blower or heater problem , as for 30A it is a 7.5A and the dash fuse 13 is a 7.5 also its what blows when car is in put into gear and accelerate.

There are multiple possible causes when a heater does not work. For example, common problems include low coolant or trapped air in the cooling system, a stuck closed heater valve on the firewall, a bad heater core, or a cabin blower motor that doesn't work. You have a blower problem due to an electrical short that stops the blower motor from working.
Install a 30A fuse into the hood fuse 37 slot. Otherwise, it will blow even when there's no problem.
If you are saying that 7.5A fuse 13 blows, then there is obviously a short somewhere in the fuse 13 circuit, which includes these component:
Start by unplugging the mode and recirulation control motors, as well as the radiator fan, to see whether this prevents fuse 13 from blowing.

correction on my end I said that I changed the heater core and I mean't to say blower transistor.....do you think it could be the heater core there was rust in the blower motor???

Re: No heat in my EJ1?
So I check slot 37 on the fuse box in the engine bay it did already have a 30a in it i didn't understand before I was confused in what you were asking in previous post. I replaced it with another 30a and I also replace the #13 on the fuse box inside the car which is a 7.5 with a 10 figuring 10 shouldn't really be that much of a big deal. I start the car heat comes on put car in gear then go to accelerate and fuse pops. Also further note I don't believe there's a fuse short in the incar fuse box because I also replace that. This now leave me with cabin blower in mind. what do you think ?
