No Heat! checked over the basic stuff...
So I checked all the basic stuff fuses, the valve that actuates the coolant into the heater core, heater core itself (flushed). Im at a loss. The only other thing I can think of is the blend door. I honnestly dont even know where thats at under the dash. I have had the compartment where the a/c condenser is apart to fix a leak in the a/c system, but all the things on the climate controll are working and the hot/cold lever is moving the white lever under the dash that actuates whatever its supposed to. What else do I need to look at? Any help would be great. Not having any heat sucks cause I need the defrost and the girl who I give a ridle doesnt approve of just rolling down the window lol.
thanks

Got coolant?
If there is air in your system, the heater won't work. Thermostat working? Is it stuck open? Your SURE coolant is circulating the entire system?

Positive that there isnt any air in the system and I sat and held the throttle and the lower coolant hose till I felt the t-stat open up. Im sure that there is plenty of coolant in the system.

Theres probably no coolant getting in to the heater core. Double check that.
When you put the heater on,(HOT/COLD) its supposed to open the valve for the coolant to go to the heater core, make sure its working.
OR---If your not using a thermostat, the engine might be too cold for the coolant to get to a level to heat up your car.

O its definetly blowing, ( I can blow AC just fine) and the heater hoses are HOT after about 10 min of me holding the throttle. Ive already flushed the heater core and like I stated above, the valve that lets the coolant into the core IS open. Both supply and return hoses are HOT to the touch. Where else do I need to look?

Well i dont know what car its on, but im going to guess its the 96 4dr in your sig?
Unlike the ac system theres not "THAT" many things to cause it to go wrong.
I read the thread, but im just going to list what I would do.
Top rad hose and bottom rad hose hot after engine warm up?
T-stat opening when it shoud? Opening at all?
Clog in the heater core? I have seen some nasty crap in some heater cores blocked shut.
If you have a lever activated ac/heater control, does the lever work? Can you hear the little door open and close when you switch from cold to hot? If electrical, does it get power?

96 Civic is correct.
Check
Check
Double Check
No Clog - I flushed it
Check - cant nesscarily hear the door open but I can feel it and it does move a white lever under the dash is where I would assume the blend door is located.

Why dont you replace the water control valve. Do you see the valve lever moving when someone slides the heat controls on and off hot/cold?

Really thats the only thing I can imagine it could be. No coolant entering the heater core. I mean think about it open minded, consider that you havent flushed or checked the heater core. What else do you think it could possibly be? Do you know if there is another valve that has to open for the heater like where the vents are? A ventilation valve?
Are you using a thermostat?

OK for the 5th time this thread, its NOT the heater core. I flushed it. I took a pressure washer @ a carwash and stuck it into the valve that actuates the flow of coolant into the heater core and watched clear water come out of the outlet hose of the heater core. Yes I am running a T stat, and yes I have checked that as well and its functioning properly. All the ***** and levers "seem" to be working properly so Im going outside to check it again and hopefully I will find something.... The only thing that Iam unsure of is the blend door.. So here we go again ripping things apart to get under the dash... again. Sorry if I seem agitated. Some of the same questions have been asked 3 times alreaedy in this thread...
