Default New Momo steering wheel. No horn.

Hello all. Cannot figure this out to save my life. I went and got the brass shoe horn from honda and connected a wire via terminal pin on the back. I then spliced that wire into the blue wire with the red stripe on it. Hooked the wire in the momo hub up to the center terminal on the horn button. Hooked the other wire up to the horn button and the metal ring. Fuses are good, because my brake lights still work. Horns worked before I switched the steering wheel. Any ideas? I have read every possible DIY thread on this and then some. Cannot figure this out. Help.

Pardon my ignorance and lack of motivation to search but do these differ greatly from any aftermarket Momo wheel?

To my knowledge. No. The only difference I saw when installing it was wires for the horn buttons located in the grips. The center emblem also acts as a horn button as they normally do, for momo wheels.

No one has any ideas on this. Thought this was an easy install?
