I threw some codes on my 96 civic ex. The code was 23 which is a code for knock sensor. I was wondering how does a knock sensor go bad, and is there any other alternative to replacing with a knock sensor from another car like ford, dodge, or anyother, cuz i really dont want to pay 100 for a damn sensor lols. but help me out anyway that you can thanks.
