Need some experienced advice, clutch/trannie problem
Need some help...heres the story - We did a complete D16z6 swap into a 92 EG. Put in a brand new exedy clutch kit. Plug in all the sensors, hoses, lines, shift linkage...etc. Car started fine, but wont move. I can throw it all gears while the car is off...AND ON. While the motor is running, i can put it into 1st release the clutch all the way out, but the car wont move or die.
The clutch pedal had no pressure, i can push it down and it will just stay without popping back up. So I replaced both the clutch master and slave cylinder. After bleeding the system, it got a little better, but i can still throw it into gear and the car still wont move.
Whatelse could it be?? This swap was a first to me, so im still a rookie at it, but does the fork suppose to have some kind of spring action? Meaning when the slave cylinder pushes out...the forks gets pushed out...and when the cylinder goes back in...the fork goes with it as well?
If anyone could help...id appreciate it.
