need help diagnosing no start 90 Civic LX
Was cruising at 40mph and car died with no warning whatsoever. Was running fine. Now it cranks fine but won't start. I hear the fuel pump running when cranking. All wiring and fuses looks fine. Pulled plug and not getting spark. How do you test/trouble shoot further? Just got the car and not familiar with it. Anyway of testing/troubleshooting the rest of the ignition system? Anything to look for? This is a stock 90 Civic LX 4dr. Thanks

Re: need help diagnosing no start 90 Civic LX (dtom4)
Dave,
I used to have the same problem on my '90 LX too. There was a Honda recall back in the early-mid 90's for the igniter which is located inside your distributor. My Honda dealer changed it in '97 free of charge (I wasn't expecting that).
