my gauge has problem, the gas gauge kinda dead...
when i filled up a full trank, but it didn't go all the way up to full, it just stuck on the middle...
this happened just yesterday, i didn't fill up the full trank and left the car outside and it was snowing, after couple days and i waited the gas price came down then go to fill up, the gauge became stupid

any solution to fix it other than change the whole gauge?

hmm this happend to me on my 95 del sol. I drove like this for like 2 months, I just refilled gas every 250miles..

strange this is.. i installed a Fuel Pressure Gauge on my Fuel filter and... well... my gauge started working again.. (I know it was a fluke).. but.. it worked for me..

heh good luck man... if you can, just wing it till you can get it fixed.

i've heard of stuff like a floater not 100% sure though.

most likely it's a bad floater/sensor. my dad's truck was the same.. he changed out the entire fuel pump housing (old lines cracked) and the gauge worked .
