Mini-me oil jet question
I checked this source: http://www.dodo-upgrades.nl/cityme.htm
But my D14A2 does have it.. what is the best way to remove it without destroying it?
It looks like this (see pic)
Searching google images i get like:
But what is the best and savest way to remove it?
Edit: Extra question, what is the best way to clean the pistons? they are kinda black-ish now so i was thinking of cleaning them
Mounting the VTEC head
People wondering about the so-called oil plug you have to remove from the oil jet when putting a VTEC head on a D15B2/B7 engine should wonder no longer. The oil plug simply isn’t there, so nothing to remove.

Re: Mini-me oil jet question
That's the method most people use to remove it. If it's unusually stubborn you could try a mini slide hammer. In not sure what write up that quote came from but it's probably referring to a Y7 block as it doesn't have an oil jet like the A6/B7/B8/B2 blocks
