Default master / clutch slave cylinder booster compatibility

Okay guys, I searched and couldn't find any results as they're very messy.

I am currently driving a 92 civic and I am trying to make a list of what fits and what doesn't. This hopefully would help people who are trying to upgrade and do conversions

F=front, R=rear, MC=Master Cylinder, PV= prop valve, BP=bolt pattern

year and make / F / R / MC / PV / BP

usdm 92-95 civic cx dx / 9.5 / drum / (13/16") / PV / 4x100
usdm 92-95 civic si / 10.3 / 9.5 / (13/16") / (40/40) / 4x100
usdm 92-95 civic ex / 10.3 / 9.5 / (7/8") / (40/40) / 4x100
jdm 91-95 civic sir sirII / 10.3 / 9.5 / (13/16") / (40/40) / 4x100
usdm 94-01 integra ls gs gsr / 10.3 / 9.5 / (15/16") / (40/40) / 4x100
jdm 94-01 integra sir-g / 10.3 / 9.5 / (15/16") / (40/40) / 4x100
usdm 97-01 integra type r / 11 / 9.5 / 1" / (40/40) / 5x114
jdm 96-98 integra type r / 11 / 9.5 / 1" / (40/40) / 4x114
jdm 99-01 integra type r / 11 / 9.5 / 1" / (40/40) / 5x114
usdm 93-97 del sol si / 9.5 / 9.5 / (13/16") / PV / 4x100
usdm 95-97 del sol vtec / 10.3 / 9.5 / (13/16") / (40/40) / 4x100
usdm 96-98 civic cx dx ex / 9.5 / drum / (13/16") / PV / 4x100
usdm 99-00 civic cx dx ex / 9.5 / drum / (13/16") / PV / 4x100
usdm 99-00 civic si sir / 10.3 / 9.5 / (13/16") / (40/40") / 4x100

I assume all of them can be exchanged/upgraded. If you know if anything is wrong or know more about it, feel free to let me know, I'll update it.

Questions I need answering:
1. Are all brake boosters the same?
2. Are all master brake cylinder the same?
3. Are all clutch slave cylinder the same?
If there's any differences please let me know so I'll update the list.

No, some have the mounting flange turned differently

Yes, as far as D and B-series go anyway, not sure about F and H-series.

Some additions and/or corrections. '92 - '95 civic Sis use 9.5" rotors in the front *except* for the '94 Si ABS models (the only year ABS was offered on 5th gen Sis.) '92 - '95 Sis also used a 3040 prop valve, EXs are 3030 as are the CXs/DXs. EX coupes are supposed to have larger rear drums as well (this was told to me by a long time honda technician at a dealership, who also happens to build and race honda's when he's not at work, so i'm reasonably sure its good info) '90 - '91 EX master cylinders are a bolt on upgrade for '92 - '95 non ABS civics and are 15/16s.
