Default lower front fork bolt stuck

trying to take out my front suspension and i went to take off the lower front fork bolt (the one with the nut on the other end) and it wont move at all once the nut is removed. I tried to hit on it with a hammer but it doesn't move at all. The other side was able to move and such but i even tried to use a breaker bar to try to get it out and still wont budge. Any ideas on how to get the damn thing out

could it be a bad bushing right there is holding it in. It looks as if the rubber or whatever is moving with it like its bound up on the bushing. I have taken it out before and never had this much trouble i just cant seem to figure out what is holding on to it

The bushing inner sleeve binding to these bolts on older cars is very common. For remedies, see http://honda.lioness.googlepages.com...ion#seizdbolts

Heat it up good and hot then spray some PB blaster on it. It has worked like a champ for me every time
