Default loud pulsating humming noise from front end

99 pulsating humming noise from front end on speeds of 15mph and up, turning in either direction will still humm and moving foward always to. noise also gets louder when i go faster. so i thought it was chopped tires so i got brand new khumo tires and still nothing. so what im trying see is if there is a way to tell whether its the brakes or w. bearings?

check your brake rotors see if they're scored, check the heat sheilds on your front brakes maybe they're hitting the rotors. check the hub by whiggling your wheel vertically in and out and see if there's play... if there's play then it's a bad hub..

wheel bearings will get louder if you turn one direction or the other. (more load or less load on bad bearing)
rotors will lurch when braking
