Default loud howling coming from wheels

Okay a few weeks ago i started to notice when i made right turns my car would howl really loud from the rear passenger wheel somewhere, and over time it got worse until now it does it whenever i have a passenger or the car tilts a certain way. It also has started to make this sound on my front wheels as well. And sometimes i dont hear it at all.

I believe my struts are going bad, they are stock and the car has 110k miles roughly, could this be causing the noise? i dont think its my brakes as it doesnt make the noise when im stopping, but when im turning and even accelerating.
