Default Loose Rear View Mirror!

I really have not inspected the rear view mirror very closely, but is there anyway to "tighten" the mirror up, and vibration and other aggressive movements cause my rear view mirror to loose its position, so I am continually repositioning it.

Any tips?

I believe it is a friction ball hinge, meaning no there shouldnt be any easy way to tighten it.

what model car is this?
