Default loose rear view mirror

can someone please help and tell me how to fix my loose rear view mirror. its the "ball and socket" type joint that is loose. it moves all the time when i close my doors and any sudden movements. so basically i have to adjust it all the time.

there should be a screw in the back of the mirror but you have to remove a small plastic cover. then you will find either an allen screw or a star screw either one if you tighten it.... it will tighten your mirror right up.
