can your trans handle it? If you have to many miles on your trans and you throw to high of a clutch in there you will blow your trans to pieces

I have the largest act clutch you can get in my honda (the stage5 or whatever), 6puck with an extreme pressure plate. Its super smooth and easy to drive. You just gotta respect it. You drive like an idiot you *will* break something. Ive never had a problem.
But i wouldnt get a big *** clutch unless you really need it. Do you need it? Or think you will need it in the future?

hey if you got a R motor, i assume you have a R tranny to go with it? and if thats the case...just roll a stock type r clutch, it grabs plenty hard. and having some stage3 or whatever crap really aint worth blowing a type r tranny in my opinion.
