Default K20 Vs. B18C5 (or JDM B18C) VS. H22

I'm thinking about swapping PRETTY SOON and I was wondering which engine do you guys think is more worth it? I'm looking for a motor that can put out good power but still be reliable. Which one of these is easiest to install? Or... Which one do you guys recommend? Thanks in advanced!

is money an issue, that should be something you list in your post..also how knowledgable are you with vechile... for the price a H22 can not be beat, b18c5 is one of honda's best motors built from factory(gearing and power wise pre K series)...but if you have money to blow and you want something that will be reliable and allow you to run an almost stock to mild setup yet be super quick on the street and track a K20A2 or K20A(R) motor can not be beat

As stated above do your own research and you will find the answer that best suites your vechile and your wallet
