Instructions on how to change oil pan?
Does anyone have instructions on how to change a 99 si oil pan?
Also how much would a used oil pan cost?
Other things I need to get?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Instructions on how to change oil pan?
dont know exactly, but you have to remove the exhaust pipe directly under it,
remove the inspection plate (on the transmission that covers the flywheel, has 2 bolts)
and remove the bolts on the pan starting from the middle going out (same in installation)
dont forget to drain the oil either

Drain oil.
Remove downpipe.
Remove stiffeners on the bottom of the engine (connects from engine to transmission). Remove flywheel access plate.
Remove rest of oil pan bolts.
Knock the pan loose with a rubber mallet or carefully pry it loose with a screwdriver.
Use a new gasket. Use hondabond or other gasket maker on the edges where the arc on the sides of the pan meet the flat part of the pan (you'll see what i mean... hard to explain). Torque the bolts to spec when you put the new pan on. Over tightening or under tightening can cause leaks.

Do I need to take off the whole exhaust pipe?

All I said was the downpipe. Only remove the downpipe (lower half of exhaust manifold)
stiffeners... they're just metal brackets basically. You'll see them.
