Default Blue oil or coolant line behind the block

I was swapping heads out on my single cam (d15b7) and i just now noticed the blue line (it looks like a hose goes on it) behind the block. You can only see it if the heads off. Does anyone know what this is?

^^^yes, need pics. Could be anything. My bet right now is on heater hose or fuel return, but there's no way to know without seeing it.
