No, goto a junkyard. That way your getting an OEM Honda windsheild wiper motor.

There ya go, a little over half more than what your already paying. Get the OEM one and you'll be golden.

Before I go and replace this, I need to be 100% sure this is what needs replacing so I don't waste 76 dollars...
My INT setting works up until the wipers need to come back down to the hood. They will not return, they just stay straight up.
My 2nd and 3rd settings work fine until I turn the wipers off. When they get turned off, they stay exactly where I turned them off at; they will not return down to the hood. People originally told me to replace the wiper relay, then i was told to replace the wiper motor. What do you guys think?

Re: (silver ej)
It sounds like it could be some part of the wiper link (check out #11 in the picture). I had a similar problem with my wipers. One part of the link wasn't connected anymore, and I swapped it out from another Civic.
It's worth checking that out before you buy the wiper motor. You'll have to take off the black plastic thing at the bottom of the windshield to get to it. I think it could have been fixed with zip tie or some kind of bracket to hold it together, but since my mom was already getting rid of her Civic, I stole some parts off it.

Sorry, forgot to paste it.

Edit: That's for a 94. For your 98, it's #5 on this.
