How to remove the a/c controls from a 93 DelSol
My wife's a/c fan control only seems to work on numbers 3 and 4 now. On 1 and 2 the fan doesn't move, but the A/C compressor definitely works on those numbers.
Any way i want to replace the controls and I don't know how to remove the panel without breaking anything.
How do you remove the panel? I don't have access behind the dash so figure it MUST be removed from the front.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
Chris

It's easier to remove if you take the dash out but its time consuming just to change the fan control.
However, it is possible to do it without removing the dash.
remove the center console and the radio, there is one screw on the bottom of the ac controls. you need to use a short screwdriver to remove that screw and it should just pull right out so you can unplug it

It is probably the fan resistor. NOT the ac control.

The linked post above is a very good write-up.
