Sounds like your problem might be the brake pads shifting inside of the calipers. check to see if your calipers have the butterfly looking springs in them that keep tension on the pads. Also if the pads a cheap aftermarket ones they just might not be a perfect fit.

Axles won't typically click when going straight unless they're really, really screwed. They can and will wobble under acceleration if the inner joints are bad though.

Money and certifications don't matter. Its whether you have the brain to solve a real world problem then fix it properly.

There are tons of shadetree's on here who know way more than you do and can fix it better, faster, and cheaper than you can.

my first post and in such a helpful topic. i've had this clicking problem start recently on my 00 ex coupe. i only hear it from the driver's side. should i trust any shop around here with it, there are a few knowledgable honda people here, but not many. i live in south, georgia. valdosta to be exact. any additional info would be appreciated.

You can do it yourself, it's very simple. Go into the search and search for Creator B18C5-EH2 and searce for Topic "diy axle" should come up, if not just scroll through the axle threads

i just found out that i have a messed up cv boot too.. hondas are savages so you can ride on em till the wheels fall off.. a new cv boot is about 15 bucks and a new axle is about 60 brand new.. so its up to you. i personally hate that noise.. matter of fact i just got paid today so i have to fix mine too..
