98 civic b18 swap/only 1 firewall plug on driver side.
I recently swapped a b18b1 vtec engine into a 98 civic ex. Everything I have read says to use the original ex harness and make it work. I ordered a harness that was supposed to be the stock EX harness but I only have 1 harness plug to plug into the fire wall on the driver side. My car has 2 plugs there. Any ideas. Did I get the wrong harness?

I figured a little bit out but still wondering.
This EX was and automatic car. It has a manual in it, All done before I bought it and I didn't know this until yesterday when I did a VIN check. So all the automatic harnesses have the 2nd plug on the engine harness on the drivers side firewall but the manuals do not have this 2nd plug. I'm still wondering if any of these wires are used in a manual car. There are 4 or 5 wires in this 2nd plug.
I can post pictures when I get home today.
