Help Overheating!
hey i need some help.. i have a 92 honda civic dx and the damn thing keeps overheating. i had it pressure tested and they told me that it has no leaks so i replaced the thermostat and the radiator cap but it still overheats.. it takes about 20 min of driving cause the resivour is overflowing and then it runs low on coolant it overheats! i changed my oil and didn't see any water and the coolant is still the same colour. the bottom hose is still full and round. So does anyone have any ideas?

If the water pump is failing, generally after the car sits for a while after warm, it'll leak like crazy. When my HG was blown, it didn't mix w/ the oil or anything, just burned up coolant.

Check to make sure the cooling fins on your radiator arent corroded. Your coolant passages in the radiator might be blocked off at some which may cause coolant restriction causing the coolant reserve tank to over flow. What mileage are you at and have you changed the water pump at the intended interval?
