anyone know how to take out the del sol climate control to switch the bulbs

i already took out the console with the shift boot...took out the cd player...took off the ***** for it....and there is a screw under the control it looks like but i cant get the sob undone...all i keep doin is strippin it..anyone no if i even need to take that screw out or if there are any others?

yes you need to take that screw out. I don't have a clue why it is there i didn't put mine back in. Once you get that screw out you will have to disconnect the cables by the foot wells. Then you will be able to pull it out a little bit. For me the worst part is always unplugging the connectors every time i have done it it takes me about 30 minutes to unplug both of them. I usually start with the yellow on and sort of pry the plastic holding it with a screw driver then for the green one i press the button with the screw driver and pry it out from there. I can never get them out if I just press them with my fingers, just keep trying if you cant get it and remember that pulling harder won't do a thing but give you more troubles.
