help! check engine light wont turn off.
so im flashing a IAT sensor code, so i go to honda and buy a brand new sensor. cel is still on.
so i get a voltmeter and check voltage going into the sensor. and its getting wat it should. so wat the hell do i do to shut it off?

Is the cell still on for the same reason? have u checked? If so, then disconnect your battery not sure if its positive or negative cable, hell disconnect both this will re-set ur ECU. and if lights comes on again, then the problem still there.

disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes. it should clear the code.

i got it, i gfinally got it to shut the [freak] off.. so in case anyone cares, ...
red with yellow stripe and green wired plug goes to the iat, not the knock sensor.'
i had the plugs switched around. lol wat a noob *** mistake, when i am most def not a noob... thanks H-T
