ok so this is my problem. i have low beam high beam on the driver side.....but pass side i only have high beam. I used a bulb that i knew had low beam and high beam working. i sanded the ground on both side and checked everything i could think of.

any1 have any ideas?

car is a 98 civic ex coupe

no...i used a known good bulb to check both sides and only driver has low high

check the fuses, underdash fuse box. there are 2 fuses for each side 1 high 1 low, my guess the low is bad, or you have a sort in the headlight harness.
