Headgasket or Seals?

Headgasket or Seals?
On some occasions I get white smoke out of the exhaust upon starting, and I checked my coolant today and I was bone dry. There is a leak of oil in the front pass. side where the headgasket is. It has caused a build up of oil around the bottom two bolts of my manifold. Seals or headgasket?

yea white smoke but it doesnt happen all the time. the car is sluggish too, not sure if thats do to needing a tune though. I'm getting it tuned on the 24th of august so I have time to figure it out, just gotta get it done. Is there anything I can do to test if its a headgasket without tearing it apart

do a leak down test. But it def sounds like your head gasket is leaking between cylinders. Check your oil and see what color it is. Sometime a headgasket leak between cylinders wont cause coolant to go to the oil but sometimes its a good indication of a bad head gasket
