Default h22a EJ questions

1) Would half civic oem rad. be enough for a DD or would it be better to spend the extra +/-80 and go with a misimoto half.

2) Best location to mount aftermarket coolant temp probe.(slice in the rad. hose with greddy mount? top or bottom hose?)

3) I had problems with a electronic sending unit snapping off the back of the block T fitting-low oil psi. What is another option the would be reliable. I've heard you have to go AN fitting to t mounted on the firewall....Maybe another place to mount fitting?
I know alot of people run the oil filter mount but the price...options?

4) THERMOSTAT for a h22a jdm p13 ecu 200hp 92-96prelude ....WHERE CAN I GET ONE? ( i searched all of google honda-tech, and super honda. I cant even find a part number or a cross reference. I dont even know if its "bigger some said its the same as h22a4.<-- someone help me out.

For question # 1... I would say if you have the extra cash get the misimoto one. Although I have seen all kinds of setups use the OEM one. N/A motors, turbo setups, H-series, all kinds of B-series. I guess it's whatever you preffer

I have a buddy that lives a couple houses down from me, and he has an LS-trubo with stock internals on 9 or 10 psi. I'm sure a turbo setup is going to get a lot hotter than a stock H22. He's using the OEM half radiator, and it works just fine.

Yeah replacing the thermostat wouldn't be a bad idea. It's better to be safe than sorry. They're not that expensive either.

Just curious, but why didn't you get the OEM recommended temp?
