Default Getting a 4, 8, and 15 CEL code.

As said in the title I'm getting a 4, 8, and 15 code. Not sure what to do next. Someone please help.

sounds like a bad distributor to me.

4 Crank Shaft Position Sensor (CKP Sensor)
8 Top Dead Center Position (TDC sensor)
15 Ignition Output Signal

The thing is its a new distributor. Could I have gotten a dud? It cranks, it just runs funny.

you get the right distributor? right 0BD distributor too?

Yeah. Matched it up at Advance Auto less than a week ago.

did you install it 180 degrees out?

there is a line on the distributor and one on the cam they should line up.

I got a mechanic to do it so I'm not sure.

sounds that way check the plugs to the distributor unplug and replug maybe just a bad connection.

We didn't change out the cap or the rotor button, could that possibly be something as well?

I replaced the rotor button today and it resolved the 4 and 15 codes but I've still got the 8.
