Re: exhaust from d to b (eg8ynot)
D series and B Series headers are different, but cat back should be fine, might need to tweek it a little bit depending on what B Series header you decide to go with.

well...since you asked a very vague question without mentioning the year/trim level or what type of vehicle...I'll assume you have a heavily modified camaro with a D series.
If you do buy an exhaust for the D series that you have in your camaro, you will need to HIGHLY modify the exhaust if you install a B series into it. You will also probably be laughed at by everyone else with a camaro. 1969 was a good year for the camaro. So buy the exhaust from that. Then go from there.
Does that answer your question?

lol...yes I'm sure everyone's info helped. They had no idea what car you were talking about either. There are different exhaust setups for different model years and different trim levels that will require a different amount of work to get a certain other exhaust/header/cat setup to fit.
They answered with a VERY general answer to a VERY general question. Do you like surprises? Because they may not have answered it correctly.
Good luck.
