95% of the people on here junk their ac systems when they swap or they just dont need them anyway...im sure you could find a working system for super cheap on here

Sounds like insufficient condenser flow, especially if it works well on the highway. My last hatch did the same. If the fan is working, it may just be that your condenser has too many bent / damaged fins. Try spraying water on the condenser with the car running and A/C on. If the A/C starts blowing cold, problem found.

my a/c blows cold....my idle is fucked when im parking with a/c on idle drops to 100 or 200 it feels ugly..i want it to be solid i know my cars not stock its a swap but im on a mission to figure this out

There are a series of tests you can run on the A/C compressor to determine if it's in need of repair. They're outlined in the Honda service manual. If something is wrong with the A/C compressor, you can more likely than not fix or replace the faulty component. Replacing an entire A/C compressor when one component is bad is like replacing your entire distributor if your ignition coil goes out... i.e., a waste of money.
